for Mexican cooking classes starting on April 22nd.
Classes will also be offered on May 6th, May 20th, Jun 4th and June 17th.
We will start at 6:30 pm and finish at 9:00 p.m.
After an initial welcome drink and introductions we will begin the evening by cooking the traditional Mexican mole. While this is bubbling away, we will learn how to make flour tortillas and some Mexican appetizers.

The cost for the evening will be $50 per person and there will be a cash bar.

- I am originally from the Philippines where my family own three restaurants (Golden Pot, Roadside Cafe, and El Camino Royal) as well as the Ramos Hotel. I opened the Ole Grill in 1999 and I am happy to say that I have been awarded the coveted “Best of Boston” three years out of the last five. My menues change every four months, and I welcome you all to come to my restaurant and explore my innovative interpretation of traditional Mexican cuisine.
